Service Scope

Specific services, deliverables, service capacity, pricing, and timelines are governed by the applicable proposal, scope of work, and client agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a written change order.

Communication & Scheduling

C Duncan Consulting operates on a flexible, deliverable-based schedule and does not guarantee fixed office hours. Client calls and meetings are available by appointment. Response and delivery targets may vary based on scope, complexity, client responsiveness, weekends, holidays, emergencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Confidentiality & Data

C Duncan Consulting intends to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for confidential client information and to access client systems only as reasonably necessary for authorized services. Detailed confidentiality, data-retention, security, and account-access obligations will be governed by the applicable client agreement and internal security procedures.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required documents, system access, instructions, and approvals. Timelines may be adjusted when required information, access, feedback, or approval is delayed.

Pre-launch item: Final website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, cookie/analytics disclosures if applicable, governing-law provisions, and other required public policies will be completed before publication.
